Dr. Kiptoo graces the Launch of Chalan Foundation

The launch of Chalan Foundation on November 8, 2025 at Nairobi Serena Hotel attended by the Principal Secretary MINA and the Director General Dr. Laxmana P. Kiptoo PhD., O.G.W who were amongst the many dignitaries who graced the event. In 2013, Chalan Foundation was founded by Mrs. Margaret Koskei.
